Event identity
As a symbol of taking the initiative, we drew a flag from the A of Asia and the P of Pacific — in bold lines, to convey a presence that leads Asia forward.
So that a single path could emerge from the discussions. We expressed the image of silk threads spun into one strong strand through graphics of the sea and waves, true to Yokohama.
Venue design
Participants traveled by bus between four venues by theme — Hotel New Grand, Shiseido S/PARK, Kyocera Minatomirai Research Center and the InterContinental. Each venue carried the wave graphics and logo, and a leaflet made getting around easy.
